Personal Information:
Wayne Durksen served for nine years on the EFC board of directors prior to accepting a role as an EFC ambassador. Wayne has a business background as well as extensive experience as an executive leader with non-profit organizations. He has served on numerous boards and now consults with boards for the express purpose of maximizing organizational effectiveness and impact. Board governance, organizational leadership, leadership development, discipleship and personal growth are areas of keen interest and passion. He also enjoys assisting faith-based organizations in motivating donors to truly maximize their stewardship through increased awareness and understanding of the many planned giving opportunities available to them. He holds a Masters of Leadership and Management, is a leadership speaker, coach and consultant with the John Maxwell Team, as well as a credentialed Policy Governance® consultant, trained personally by John Carver.
