Take action

Pray

Prayer is essential to any effective action. Each week at TheEFC.ca/TakeAction we rotate through a prayer request from each of these five areas:
  • Sanctity of Life
  • Care for the Vulnerable
  • Church and Mission
  • Family and Community
  • Religious Freedom.
We also list an EFC affiliate group to pray for.

This Week’s Prayer Prompts

This week's prayer is about abuse

Pray for victims of all kinds of abuse, from sexual harassment to verbal abuse to spousal abuse and senior abuse. Pray for justice, healing for the victims, and repentance for the perpetrators.

Pray for EFC affiliate Yonge Street Mission, which serves every neighbour who walks through our doors, guided by our values and belief that every person we meet has immense value and deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
