Youth ministry worker survey participants needed
The Influencing Faith research partnership is seeking Canadian youth and youth ministry workers for a study about how social media use affects the faith of youth in youth ministry. The research will also explore how youth ministry workers use social media in ministry. This survey must be completed by April 30. Parents must be notified before the surveys are sent to youth.

Continue to pray about Bill C-9
The Justice Committee is set to resume its study of Bill C-9 this week. The committee had paused the study of Bill C-9 for three meetings to consider a different bill. Yesterday's committee’s meeting on Bill C-9 was cancelled. Tomorrow is the next usual meeting day. Please continue to pray. There is still time to contact your MP about this bill. Interfaith symposium on Quebec's secularism bill
EFC Senior Ambassador Bruce J Clemenger is hosting a virtual symposium on Quebec’s Bill 9, titled An Act respecting the reinforcement of laicity in Quebec. The symposium will feature speakers from 6 major religions and is sponsored by the Canadian Interfaith Conversation, of which the EFC is a member. The symposium takes place Thursday Feb. 12 at 1:30 p.m. EST. Registration is free.
