EFC Ottawa workshops on contemporary faith issues 

EFC experts are offering two free workshops on current issues facing Christians in Canada on June 8 at Kanata Baptist Church. Interested participants can sign up for either “MAiD in Canada: A matter of life and death” or “Parenting and Grandparenting Faith: The difference you can make.” Register or find more information here. How can we help each other with mental health challenges? 

In the latest episode of the Faith Today Podcast, Dr. Vivette Henry, clinical counsellor/psychotherapist and assistant professor at Tyndale University, walks us through how to stay in touch with our own wellness, people in the Bible who struggled and what helps us all keep on keeping on.

EFC researcher Rick Hiemstra is attending the Baptist General Conference in Calgary today and tomorrow. 

EFC president David Guretzki will present at the 59th General Conference of the Pentecostal Assemblies of Newfoundland and Labrador in St. John’s on May 30. 

EFC senior ambassador discusses political engagement with ministry students   

EFC senior ambassador Bruce J. Clemenger will participate in a panel tomorrow at Ottawa’s Laurentian Leadership Centre discussing evangelical political engagement with D. Min. students from Trinity Western University.
