Bill to delay MAiD for mental illness must pass

Bill C-62, which would delay MAiD for mental illness until 2027, must now pass in the Senate after passing a vote in the House of Commons. Please pray that senators, including those known to be in favour of MAiD for mental illness, will be willing to pass this legislation. Learn more about why the EFC has been asking the government to delay MAiD for mental illness. If you reached out to your MP and asked them to vote for a delay, remember to express your gratitude.
