EFC submits arguments to the Supreme Court on prostitution
The EFC and ARPA Canada, who are co-interveners in a Supreme Court of Canada case, have submitted legal arguments in support of Canada’s prostitution laws. In the Kloubakov case, two men convicted for receiving material benefit from the sale of someone else’s sexual services and procuring an individual for prostitution are challenging the constitutionality of those two provisions.
