
Louis Bourque, born in Montreal in 1957, has devoted his life to serving the gospel for over four decades.
After his conversion in 1977, he joined the Evangelical Baptist Church of Terrebonne-Mascouche, where he was ordained as senior pastor in 1987. Holding a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, his ministry has been marked by the training of workers, the planting of seven churches, and preaching in numerous settings in Quebec and beyond.
From 2016 to 2025, he served as executive director of the Association of Evangelical Baptist Churches of Quebec (AEBEQ), while also serving part-time as president of the Evangelical Fellowship of Quebec (REQ) since 2018. Married to Denise for 47 years, he is the father of five children and grandfather of 16 grandchildren, all committed to the Christian faith.
