Pray

Prayer is essential to any effective action. Each week at TheEFC.ca/TakeAction we rotate through a prayer request from each of these five areas:
  • Sanctity of Life
  • Care for the Vulnerable
  • Church and Mission
  • Family and Community
  • Religious Freedom.
We also list an EFC affiliate group to pray for.

This Week’s Prayer Prompts

This week's prayer prompt is about the federal election 2025.

When Christians vote, we actively seek the good of those around us and our country (Jer. 29:5-6).

Pray for wisdom and grace for candidates. May they seek the best for our country.

Pray for voters. Pray for a greater understanding of our role as citizens and a greater love for our neighbours.

Pray for our country. Ask God to grant us peace, justice and good governance.
